You can't beat a day at the pool

Marcos is such a fish. He loves the pool, and swimming. I think it's funny when someone comes to the pool, and doesn't know that he can swim. He wait's in the jacuzzi. He see's his next target getting in... he walks toward the deeper part of the pool, cannonballs in and starts jumping up and down like he can't swim. He has almost been saved by fully dressed people and swimming people. I try to yell to Marc too stop. While yelling to them that he really does know how to swim! Thank goodness I stopped the dressed ones! He is such trouble!!

The cutest face in the whole world!

I sat a huge beach towel down so Isaiah could get down and crawl without hurting his knee's. He went to the edge and felt the pavement. He was trying to figure out what the heck it was. His face looked so puzzled, and he kept putting his hand down like so, and rubbing it back and forth.

8 month's old and growing

I was in the shower, and this is the only way to contain him for 10 min. I guess the sound of the water was a little too relaxing this day!
Let me start by saying, my baby is not a baby anymore. He has been crawling around since he was 6 months old, pulling himself up to everything since 7 month's. And now, he started holding on and walking around the furniture. Soon he will be Mr. Independent. :( I know this is a good thing, but I wanted him to be a baby for just a little while longer!
He is such a happy go lucky kid. I love the way he looks at me with those big brown eyes, the way he sings along with me, his cute laugh, playing peek-a-boo, and snuggling him before he falls asleep. He makes me feel so warm and relaxed. I love you Isaiah, you bring so much joy to my life!

Easter in the R-I-V.

We went to Riverside for Easter, and to pick out our new place. We are going to be moving back down to So. Cal May 10th! Yay!!

Me and Marcos chillin' in his Big Grandma's back yard.

Mando and the boys, after finding all the goods.

I don't think that I've ever had a basket like this. Warning to mother's with boys....Martian Matter's sucks! Do not buy this. For one unless they are 8 they don't want to do it by themselves. Two, it is messy. And Three, the martians that they make have to stay inside these little containers on the ship, or they will dry out and break. They can't even have fun with what they have just made!

Marcos has been on a roll lately!

I know. I promise right now, that I will post some pictures this weekend!! But first....STORY TIME!!!!!
Okay..Tonight we went out to dinner. Marcos has found that he loves to order his own food. In turn, out of turn it doesn't matter. So the server starts taking orders, and it went a little something like this.
Marcos: (talking loud) I'll take the ribs please.
Server: What kind of side would you like with that.
Marcos: Medium
Server: (Looking confused.) Looking at us for a little help with what he is possibly talking about.
Mando: What kind of side do you want with your ribs.
Marcos: Oh... the right side!
Nothing but laughter....Finally we got it right, and he got some pineapple.
Story #2
Mando and Marcos were talking the other night. Marc was trying to tell Mando about some cool commercials that he saw on T.V. earlier. It went something like this.... " Dad. I saw some really cool Macercials today!
Story #3
We had to go in for Marc's 5 year old check up and school testing. He had blood work, a TB test, and 2 shots. The poor nurse on the other end got kicked about 50 times. Two days later we had to go in for the TB results.
Keep in mind that the nurse that gave him everything was as pasty white as you can get.
So, we are sitting in the waiting room. Finally the nurse calls us back. She has a very chocolate complexion. She is checking his arm, and Marc is rambling on about some nonsense. Anyway.... So the girl whom had given the shots is now on the other side of the counter talking to our nurse. (I had talked to Marc previously about apologizing to the poor girl who he had attacked. ) I said Marc, there is the nurse that you kicked, don't you have something to say to her? Marc looks at our nurse of the day and says. Man I didn't even know it was you. You sure do have a nice sun tan! I wanted to die. He didn't stop, he just kept complimenting the great color that she had gotten. She is giggling to herself and mumbles" I am so done." She looks at the white girl and says... He wants to tell you sorry..... She looks over the counter top and says that's okay honey. He said Oh you got a good sun tan too.
All together, it has been a hillarious week!
